Classes are held every Monday and Thursday at the Kay Arena / Crossman Community Center in the Smyth Boardroom (1st room on the left on the 2nd floor).

To get to the Kay Arena just turn on to Kenmore St from Shediac Rd, it will then be on your right-hand side (Wynwood Dr at Kenmore St).

How many classes a week for adults ? Days and time please ? What is the cost ?
I already have a blue gi. Is it necessary to have a white one ?

Our classes are Monday and Thursday evenings, 7:30 to 9:00.
Monthly membership fees are $60.
A blue gi is good.
